You acknowledge that any audio, visual, textual, oral and other presentations, documentation, and other elements of Megalodon Marketing LLC, the Master Internet Marketing product, High Ticket Agency product, DMM – Digital Marketing Manuscript product, Personal Brand University product, Creating Info Products That Sell product, Jeremy’s Inner Circle product, the jeremyhaynes.com website and all other web properties (collectively the “Intellectual Property”) operated by or on behalf of Megaladon Marketing, LLC (“Megaladon” the “Company”) are owned by the Company under United States copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. Except for the limited, revocable license expressly granted to you herein, these Terms of Service do not grant you any ownership or other right or interest in or to any of the Intellectual Property, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Any and all trademarks or service marks that the Company uses in connection with services rendered by the Company are marks owned by the Company. These Terms of Service do not grant you any right, license, or interest in such marks, and you shall not assert any right, license, or interest in such marks or any words or designs that are confusingly similar to such marks.

Non-Disclosure

Only authorized users, who have duly obtained access to any programs offered by the Company by personally agreeing to the terms of these Terms of Service are permitted to view, use and participate with such programs and services offered by the Company. Except as expressly authorized by these Terms of Service, you shall not provide or disclose any documentation, video, audio, or any login member credentials to any third party, or use the documentation, video, audio, or any login member credentials to teach any third party, or otherwise disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion of the Program(s) for any purpose other than exercising rights expressly granted to you by these Terms of Service.   You acknowledge that the non-disclosure restrictions contained in these Terms of Service are, in view of the nature of the business of the Company, reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Company, and that any violation of these provisions will result in irreparable injury to the Company. You also acknowledge that, in the event of any such violation, the Company shall be entitled to preliminary and permanent injunctive relief, without the necessity of proving actual damages, and to an equitable accounting of all earnings, profits and other benefits arising from any such violation, which rights shall be cumulative and in addition to any other rights or remedies to which the Company may be entitled. You agree that, in the event of any such violation, an action shall be commenced for any such preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and other equitable relief in any federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or in any other court of competent jurisdiction.

We do not refund students or clients who are removed from the program or services for violating our terms of service or community guidelines.

Due to fraudulent buyers we automatically decline all disputes and claims in Paypal if you have not made an attempt to contact our support.

Our support is always available to manage refunds and questions. If you use the dispute system before contacting us we will consider it fraudulent and automatically decline it. Your refund will also be automatically voided in our system for unnecessary disputes and all access to programs and services revoked.

Returns & Subscription Cancellations

100% money back guarantee covers price of product or service only if meeting the qualifying criteria: 30 day refund guaranteed IF you have not logged in to the program. As this is a digital video library and some content is downloadable, we do not allow for refunds after students have started their training. 

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

You have 30 Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the 30 DAY time limit will not be processed.

Subscription Renewal Refunds : Subscription renewals have a 1 day refund policy.  It is your responsibility to cancel or notify us if you do not wish to renew. Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. Terms of Subscription Renewal

Jeremy’s Inner Circle Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.
