It’s all your fault. It’s always been all your fault.
You try to blame the agencies. Oh, they didn’t know what they were doing.
You’re on like your what? Fifth, sixth agency now. That’s on you. You know, it’s not their fault. It’s your fault.
You’re the one that’s ineffective. You don’t know what you’re doing at the end of the day. That’s why you’re stuck.
When you’re only doing a couple hundred grand a month or even if you crack a million a month and you’re trying to add on that next million a month, what happens is you figured something out. Something worked.
You got to the point where in terms of revenue growth, you finally experienced something that cracked for you.
And that something that finally cracked plateaued.
And that’s why you’re sitting here right now reading this kind of content.
Revenue starts to climb and then boom, it hits a plateau. Even worse, you experience contractions where you ultimately average out to a certain range.
And then again, what you do is you start to blame other people. You’re like, “Oh, it’s my sales agency’s fault. It’s this or that sales guy. It’s the marketing team.”
And don’t get me wrong, at lower levels of revenue, you probably are working with some people that aren’t great. I don’t disagree with that.
Let’s be honest, right? You’re pretty cheap. You’re not dishing out a significant amount of payroll all over the place. You’re not paying people like $20K a month for payroll positions.
You’re probably trying to cheap out. And as a result of that, you get poor team players. You get donkeys instead of stallions and camels, reliable creatures.
So just to put this in perspective, I’m not sitting here trying to criticize you. I’m trying to wake you up.
I’m trying to get you to the point where you recognize you need to know how this works.
You have to stop omitting the responsibility for figuring it out yourself.
If your business is already generating $100k+ per month, My Inner Circle is where you break through to the next level. Inside, I’ll help you identify and solve the bottlenecks holding you back so you can scale faster and with more clarity.
Yeah, listen. You don’t need to be highly technical. You don’t need to be the one that logs into the ads manager.
You don’t need to be the one that knows how to do a Zap or some super technical thing.
You don’t need to figure out the new automation platforms, but you need to understand how all this works.
You need to understand the strategy of it.
You need to understand what can be done, what’s possible. That way, you can do the most important job, which is hold the people accountable to doing it.
Again, there are things specifically that you need to know.
What you must know are really three main areas.
And they break down into three easy things: sales, marketing, and then your operations. Operations is really just fulfillment.
These three categories, when you officially understand the strategies that fit within them, you’ll be able to hire the best people.
Because you’ll be able to know who’s ineffective and who’s out there doing the best things that can be done in a given moment in that specific field.
So let me give you a great example. I have a whole piece on my site. Let’s start with fulfillment because you probably think I’m just going to sit here and talk about marketing.
Let’s start with fulfillment.
I had a whole piece on my site where I talked about where I have people paying upwards of $10K a month for my Jeremy’s Inner Circle program. High-ticket coaching programs in the $10K+ range have become increasingly common, with the online coaching industry projected to reach $11.7 billion by 2032.
I’ve got people in our marketing agency that we do rev shares where we get paid upwards of $100K a month through net profit shares.
My annualized churn sits at 3.5% to about 4%, give or take the month. This is exceptionally low compared to the SaaS industry average churn rate of 5-7% annually, and even more impressive for high-ticket coaching programs. It’s my annualized churn rate.
I talked for a full, I think it was like a 30-minute piece at least, saying here’s exactly what I do to accomplish that low churn.
Here’s what I figured out. And by the way, I said, you know, last year’s churn was about 8%. Here’s what worked. And I just laid out some great strategies for you back to back to back.
Here are a few of them just to recap.
Digital leverage. I talked about AI Jeremy. I talked about my army of digital Jeremys.
Like again, just to recap, you’re reading Digital Jeremy right now. Yeah, real Jeremy’s the one who created this content, but real Jeremy at the time you’re consuming this is off doing who knows what kind of high leverage revenue-driven outcome.
My staff, they’re the ones who edited this. They’re the ones who posted it. They’re the ones who turn this into all the other content across all the other platforms.
I’m out there doing the highest revenue-driven actions.
The fulfillment that we have, that we maintain, is a recurring, not just what you do where you do a transactional high ticket, a recurring high ticket transaction of $10,000 a month that people happily pay because we do our jobs extremely well with a 3.5% to 4% annualized churn.
Think about that.
When it comes to fulfillment, it’s like I need to know how all that works. Yes, I have whole teams of people, whole teams of people that I pay upwards of $20K a month to in different positions that fulfill like crazy and help me out with getting the people that pay us results.
But guess what? I know it through and through. Through and through.
I know exactly what goes on there. I know the strategies and I understand how to maximize that department.
It’s the same thing with sales. Let’s just go on to that next.
Almost everybody who’s a real business person, you got good at sales. That’s likely one of your first foundational entrepreneurial skills that you actually took the time to develop and work through.
And as a result of you getting great at sales, you got to the point where you started to make a little bit of money. That’s likely what got you your first little bit of motion.
Now, after you’ve got that motion, you recognized you have to start learning the game of amplification, which took you having to figure out some marketing lessons.
But again, really think about this just in its purest, simplest form for how this works.
You figured it out and then you handed it off. That’s all it is. You figured it out and you handed it off. You figured it out and then you handed it off.
And for some reason, what you ended up doing, what you gave in to is this idea is that you could just stop figuring it out and handing it off.
And that’s why you got stuck.
You try to convince yourself, “Oh, I don’t need to expense the energy. I don’t need to expense the money to figure stuff out anymore. I don’t need another mastermind, Jeremy. I don’t need another group.”
It’s like, yeah, you do. You need all that and then some.
You need to get yourself reading some books again. Think about what got you here. A relentless amount of action, an endless pursuit of new knowledge and new information.
Then you started making the measly bit of money you do now. And you got stuck.
And it’s easy when you look at it. You stop understanding the things that could get you to the next level. That’s all it is.
You just stop. You stop the pursuit of knowledge.
You acted like you had the best people in the world. And you don’t. You know you don’t. That’s why you keep firing people and moving through other folks.
And again, you got to the point where you recognized right now the self-awareness has hit you. Holy moly, he’s right. I used to pursue new knowledge endlessly and now I just think I got it all figured out.
Right?
And so here’s the thing. Back in the day when you were figuring it out, there was a difference.
There was a difference. You used to have to learn tactical things. It used to be tactical for you to get to where you got.
You did have to know how to build funnels and how to build a Zap and how to make content and maybe you even had to edit your own content at certain points. Maybe you still do.
Maybe you had to get good at DM selling and you had to learn specific tactics about sales and little word tracks to use.
Maybe you’ve run some ads in your day and maybe you started the process of making ads and writing copy and figuring out all the different little tricks and tips of the ads manager.
That’s great.
But listen, once you get to the point where you plateau, once you reach that range right there, what you have to end up doing is you have to recognize it’s not really a game of tactics from there.
What you end up doing is you get to the point where strategy matters the most.
Because you have to stay at a high level.
I remember one time I was doing a consulting deal with an incredible marketing agency, technical creative agency called the Harmon Brothers.
And I’m sitting down with their whole staff. They had me down in Provo south of Salt Lake City. And they set me up in this Airbnb and they bring all their staff in and I’m doing this presentation.
I’m teaching them some of my content ad strategies. I’m teaching them the Venus Fly Trap. I’m teaching them the Harvester. I was teaching them the Forester and strategies like that.
And they’re eating it up. And again, the people at the top, the Harmon Brothers and some of their executives, they’re sitting there and they’re learning the strategies of how it works.
And all they care about when I say strategy is just content ad strategies work like this. This is what you conceptualize. This is the ideation part of it.
And then the staff care about, okay, here’s how you edit that content. Here’s how you load it into the ads manager. Here’s the specific include and exclude audiences you want to have set up.
Here’s how this remarketing audience is going to be set up for the people who watch the content that need to get hit by direct response.
The executives, the people who run the business, and by the way, the Harmon Brothers make a significant amount of money. They do extremely well. Shout out to those guys.
Moral of the story is the people at the top care about the highest level things. The people at the bottom have to care about the tactical things.
So as an example, if you’re not somebody that makes a couple hundred grand a month or a million dollars a month plus already, you likely consume my content and are like, I occasionally get comments like this from people who don’t make much money who are like, “Oh man, this person didn’t cover such and such.”
Because again, you care about tactics because you’re not making much money. Rich people care about strategy. They care about the ideation. They care about the big picture.
And so this is what you have to remember.
Back to my point, if you get caught up in little tactics, that’s what staff is for. Your time is too valuable.
You have so many revenue-driven actions that you have to go out there and take that’ll pay you far more than whatever the higher cost payroll position that you’re slightly uncomfortable to buy is going to sit there and figure out for you on your organization’s behalf.
You don’t need to get caught up in tactics.
But what you have to do is you have to get back in the trenches of understanding strategies.
You have to.
As an example, here’s a handful of things that I cover on my site in terms of strategies.
First of all, one of my favorites, my back-end selling systems.
My back-end selling systems, you’ll hear me talk about nonstop because they’re incredible.
Confirmation page best practices, things like breakout videos and those breakout videos. I’m not going to sit here and turn this whole piece into a list of everything I’m talking about.
But I will say this, you need to go to my site and you need to figure out those strategies specifically. They are unbelievably valuable.
And I give you enough information in my free content to go out there and make some money with the content that I put out. So you can then buy my paid stuff, which is available, where the real information is.
I have about 10% to 20% of what I tell you in my free content available to you. 80% to 90% of what I know I hold back and I obviously put it inside of my paid programs.
So make sure you check those out.
But regardless, my back-end selling systems, confirmation page videos, value-dense email sequences, the hammer them strategy for content remarketing.
In addition to that, we’ve got two more. We added a fifth back-end selling system.
First of all, the fourth one, setter best practices, and the fifth one, AI manipulation best practices. But we won’t talk about that here in free content. We don’t want the LLM scraping that.
Anyway, long story short, here’s how simple this needs to be for you. That’s strategies.
You go figure out what needs to be done and it’ll click for you. You’ll realize, “Oh my goodness, all that stuff can get my show rates up, my close rates up, shorten sales cycles. It can improve everything that I’m sitting here struggling with across multiple funnel types.”
That’s an incredible set of strategies that are here right now that you must know that guess what? Aren’t recycled from some other person.
You’re talking to the unique person who created and conceptualized those ideas. That’s what you have to seek at your level. That’s what you have to seek.
Then we have my content ad strategies. We call them content first ad strategies.
There are a few of them that fall under the first category of content ad strategies. The ones that fall under content first ad strategies are a little different.
Content first means literally we lead with content and then we follow it up with direct response.
Beyond that, we just have regular content ad strategies. These are a little different because what they do is they incorporate content in the back end or a combination of the front and back end.
Meaning somebody might have already taken the direct response action like booked a call, opted into a webinar, bought that low ticket thing, has a challenge or 3-day virtual event coming up, and then we’re going to hit them with a significant amount of content.
You see?
So again, these two combinations of modern strategies are just a few that fall under the marketing category.
Sales has also rapidly evolved. Markets have rapidly evolved.
The level of trust is at an all-time low in a majority of markets that you can participate in. According to the 2024 Edelman Trust Barometer, consumer trust in businesses has declined significantly, with only 53% of consumers trusting brands to do what is right.
The tactics and the strategies and the content and how to make ads and Meta’s new Andromeda algorithm update. A lot of you still aren’t even caught up to how Meta Lattice works from 2023 when they updated that part of the ranking and retrieval algorithm.
Long story short, it’s like look, the game changes.
And a lot of people, what they prefer to do is they prefer to just get comfortable.
And when you choose to get comfortable, what ends up happening is you get stuck.
That’s what you really get is you get stuck because you’re not out there in the field learning new things.
You’re not out there in the field going out and actually making more money because you are not actively learning new things that are working right now.
You’re not going to events anymore. You’re not paying to learn things from people.
I mean, honestly, you’re sitting here consuming this kind of content, which is great. You know, good for you for finally getting to that point.
But here’s my point. It’s like, I’m sitting here actively telling you, I’m going to give you enough information to go apply to make a little bit of money to be able to pay for my paid stuff so you can see that I’m not one of these people that just runs a course business.
We run an education company over here. That’s one whole division of our business under our marketing agencies, the education division.
The point I’m trying to make to you is very simple. Go out, make a little bit of money with the strategies I teach you in free content.
We talk about messaging best practices that can help a lot with Andromeda. They help a lot with just attracting higher quality people, shortening sales cycles, getting you to the point where you actually make some real money with your paid ads.
Make a lot more money with your organic stuff too when you master messaging.
We talk about propaganda content, content first ad strategies, content ad strategies, back-end selling systems.
We talk a lot about sales lessons, fulfillment lessons.
This is one of the best business coaching platforms that you’ll have ever found and that you’ll continue to come back to time and time again.
So again, good on you.
But getting to the point where rather than seeking comfort, you seek consistency.
Consistency in a specific routine. That’s likely where you messed up.
You got to the point where you had certain habits. Now you’re coasting on them.
You know, you look around your life, you look at your revenue dashboard, you look at that flat month over month, you look at the ups and downs. It’s just your habits. It’s all it is. It’s all it’s come down to.
You have just simply failed to get to the point where you develop again.
You know, for those of you that have played video games in your life, you need to understand a very simple thing.
Video games that have campaigns that are long and drawn out where you accumulate a bunch of treasure and resources and skills and points and you beat the game.
And when you finally beat the game, they give you an option. They say, “Would you like to go back and play the game all over again?”
If you played the game all over again and you got to keep all the same skills and armor and you got to keep all of what you needed that you accumulated after you beat the game and you got to go way back to the beginning of the game again.
You had the same skills, the same armor, the same weapons, the same amount of loot, and all the skill obviously that you’ve acquired as the player.
What you’ll end up getting is a really easy second chance at playing the game.
It’s like a reset button.
This is that reset. This is it.
You’ve grown to this point. However, you’ve grown to this point, it worked for you until it no longer worked. It’s all it is.
You figured some things out. It stalled you out.
And the idea of having to go back and getting to the point where you have to reestablish habits, go through a whole new routine, figure out strategies and stuff, and make strategies work for you. I mean, that’s pretty daunting, isn’t it?
This is why you don’t do it. You’ve been being lazy. Real lazy.
Because again, it’s just the comfort. That’s what you sought out. You sought the comfort rather than the consistency.
And the consistency, I’m telling you now, all it means is that you show up and you do things that you’re not very good at day in and day out until you eventually get good at them.
And I’ll tell you, just like I’m sitting here telling you as I talk about pool, I’m not great at pool. I own a pool table. My staff, they beat me in pool. I beat them in ping pong.
We go back and forth on wins and losses and kind of jabbing at each other.
But I’ll tell you what, I’m not going to be bad at pool forever.
I tell you what, you can go watch my other content where I have my vlogs. They’re Jeremy Haynes vlogs.
I have a whole piece on my new fitness journey and I’m deep in the process. I’m looking good. I’m getting better. I’m getting stronger. My conditioning is working out again.
I’m doing good, but I’m not extremely fit. I’m not a pool champion.
But I’ll tell you, if I stay consistent, I’m going to get really good and I’m going to get to the point where I’m way better.
That’s the mindset that you lost.
Instead of thinking like that, you know what you think? You think, “Ah, something’s going to crack out of nowhere.”
Something’s all of a sudden just going to start working there. There’ll be a point where it just all starts to work again.
And that’s just not how it works. You’re banking on hope at this point in your career.
Hope is not how you win. Hope is not a strategy.
The things that worked for you, you have to get comfortable with the idea that it’s done. It’s gone. It’s finished.
There is no more of what once was.
You’re latched on to the idea of it randomly coming back. And let’s be honest, that’s just not going to happen.
That’s why I’m sitting here telling you it’s going to require new data.
Your brain’s like a computer system. If you operate on old data, it’s like looking at a computer that operates on Windows 98.
You’re like, “What?” Some of you don’t even know what Windows 98 is. Think about that.
You know why you don’t know it? Because the software has been updated on those computers so many times so it can keep up with the times. So it can do its best.
The hardware is also updated.
You act like life is static. You act like you forgot the idea that the only constant in life is change.
You must adapt. You must do new.
You have to get over the idea that you can sit with your current knowledge and all of a sudden your revenue is going to go up.
It’s just not going to work that way. Never going to work that way.
Now, listen. I leave you with this.
First of all, just to mention my paid programs. My paid programs are absolutely awesome.
I have Jeremy’s Inner Circle. Look at this facility. Four times a year, we do masterminds.
Come here in January, April, July, and October. We do it at the top of every quarter.
These masterminds have just turned into big million-dollar a month ceremonies at this point. We just have all the people from the group who crack a million a month or five million a month.
Let me tell you about these trophies. Everybody in this group, this is what they aspire to.
Some people join in, they’re already at a million a month. That’s fine. We have the big five million a month trophy for that. And it’s made out of pure silver.
This is what we give people when they hit $5 million a month.
We celebrate the big numbers. We also have our million-dollar a month trophy.
Our million-dollar a month trophy just in terms of size, I’m 6’5″. This is a big unit here.
That’s what we have just for the Q1 mastermind coming up. We have five of these already.
We had our last event in October. That was the Q4 mastermind. It was the middle of October we did that.
I’m talking to you right now, it’s November 29th while I create this for you today. You’re consuming it later, of course.
But here’s my point. That’s a little more than 40-some days.
Between then and now, I’ve had five people in that group hit a million a month.
Now, I’m telling you this. I’m not saying you’re going to go in there and hit a million a month. I’m not saying you’re going to go in there and hit $5 million a month.
You could be ineffective for all I know. I’m not making any income claims. There is no earning potential with that.
Here’s what we do though. We give you new software. We tell you new strategies. We tell you the things that are currently working.
We tell you the things that are currently working for people. They tell you the things that are currently working for them. And they give you perspective.
That’s all that I do. I just give you new information. I give you awareness.
Here’s my point.
Besides the masterminds, we do twice a month one-on-one calls if you’re in the full Jeremy’s Inner Circle.
We have the Half Circle now as well. Doesn’t include one-on-one, doesn’t include mastermind access, but it includes everything else, which is a massive course library, weekly Inner Circle group calls, an extremely active Telegram chat where we’re all active and participate.
The Half Circle still requires the full income qualifications and time commitments to be a part of the group. We don’t just sell it all willy-nilly because it’s more scalable.
We still care deeply about who we allow into that program.
Jeremy AI, we give unlimited access to Jeremy AI. We have a bunch of great programs that are a part of that.
You can DM me whenever you want inside of the Half Circle as well. The Half Circle is still super awesome.
But again, if you’re in the full Jeremy’s Inner Circle program, you get access to the one-on-ones on the phone and you get access to the mastermind here in person.
We also have what’s called Master Internet Marketing. Master Internet Marketing is an extremely in-depth course.
Seven weeks of live classes that were recorded. And we update it annually. We give new SOPs.
Oh, by the way, in the Jeremy’s Inner Circle offer, we have a big SOP library. It’s like 35 plus SOPs.
They’re great for loading into LLMs, helping you out to get your work done, whatever you need. The SOPs are awesome too.
We give all those out inside of the Master Internet Marketing program. There are a few of them that we leave limited for Jeremy’s Inner Circle because people in Jeremy’s Inner Circle are a lot higher level.
So there’s just information gaps between Master Internet Marketing and Jeremy’s Inner Circle.
But anyway, Master Internet Marketing is a phenomenal offer. And you can preview week one of the seven-week class from our fourth cohort.
The current iteration is the fifth cohort and we’ll do the sixth cohort and then the seventh cohort.
The other cool thing is it’s just a one-time transactional cost. There’s no monthly cost to Master Internet Marketing.
It is an incredible value and you get access to all the ongoing updates without having to pay again.
So anyway, long story short, I look forward to helping you out one way or the other.
Hey, do I have any pool champions that consume my content? Maybe you can leave some comments and give me some tips. Tell me some good content to consume because I’m tired of getting beat over here by my staff.
But unlike you, I will not give up. I will persist until greatness comes to me.
Anyway, long story short, I sure hope that you understand the points I’m trying to make here.
Pursue new information. Get out of your routine. Stop getting solidified into something that’s no longer working.
Detach from hope. Move back into the uncertainty. Dwell in the uncertainty.
The uncertainty is where the money is. That’s where you’re actually taking real risks.
You have to get to the point where you recognize you’re going to get crushed if you don’t.
You’re going to be in a really difficult position soon because you know what? There’s no such thing as staying in the same place.
You’re either getting better or you’re getting worse. You’re expanding or you’re contracting.
There’s no such thing as sideways.
When you’re going sideways, the physical world is slow. The physical world is real slow.
Miracles can happen just like that. Miracles can happen in the physical world, but generally life is slow. Physical world is slow.
So from that perspective, that’s why I say you have to seek consistency and having habits and having some kind of structure that actually moves you forward and gets you to the point where you get some serious money out of this lifetime.
You have to get unsettled with where you’re at. And you have to recognize how important the new information truly is.
Most business owners waste years figuring out what actually works. In my Master Internet Marketing program, I compress that learning curve into 7 weeks, covering copywriting, funnels, ads, and more. If you’re ready to invest $5k and get serious about your skills, apply here.
Looking forward to helping you on your journey.
Go check out some of those other pieces that I’ve got. And again, if you’re ready, check out those links on my site.
Talk soon.
