I’m not here to explain how AI works. You should already know that across a bunch of different tools. What I’m going to break down is how established operators are integrating AI into their offer stacks. You’ll see some of the tech behind the scenes and the actual frameworks that are helping these operators build out their delivery systems.
This content is dedicated to passing down lessons from people who have been there, done that.
One thing we’ve seen across different offers, especially for businesses with a talking head, is the use of AI UGC creators. We’ve seen this in the info space with personal brands, and we’ve also seen it in high-ticket product and service-based businesses where the owner will hire or craft an AI UGC creator or a regular person to represent the face of the brand. Customers can actually interact with these AI characters.
There’s a company called Deli. They have a bunch of plans, but the specific plan that myself and a bunch of other people have used is called their Immortal plan. Let me be direct here: I don’t make a dime off telling you about Deli. I’m just showing you the tools and software these operators use so you understand how it works.
With Deli’s Immortal plan, you take as many data points as you possibly can and give them to Deli. If you don’t pay for their Immortal plan and choose something cheaper, you’re going to build all this yourself.
All I had to do was get a ton of data and organize it. I took every one-on-one call I’ve ever done, every client call I’ve had recorded, every consulting call. I took every single message I’ve sent on all platforms I could export from. Telegram is where I communicate a lot, and I was able to export all my historical messages including voice messages.
We have SOPs, course training material, YouTube content that gives the model a way to train on how I communicate. We took every single thing I’ve ever written—all written word from everywhere we could take it. We exported all my emails, every text message, every DM on social platforms. We even exported comments I’ve left.
Here’s what we did next. We organized all that data into different Google Drive folders and handed it over to the Deli team.
If you didn’t pay them and chose to set this up yourself or have a staff member do it, you’re going to organize all this data yourself. They give you three layers of the mind. The top layer is what gets referenced most often when it gives answers. The second layer is referenced second most often. The third layer is background information—like that random fact about horses you know that never comes up in conversation.
The first layer would be things you talk about all the time. For me, I talk about marketing, sales, and business-related lessons. That’s top of mind. The second layer would be technical knowledge that doesn’t come up constantly but still surfaces sometimes—like why CPMs went up in a paid advertising platform or how to turn organic social views into dollars. Those things come up, but not as often as first-layer topics.
You organize your data this way and flag what’s layered where. Then you give the model training data. You do have the ability to call your bot, so it needs audio from you. They encourage that training data be recorded with very specific requirements—top-grade audio quality, like full audio studio level.
You do some disclosure with them, essentially reading that you’re okay with them replicating you. Then you’ve got yourself a Deli bot.
If you’re looking to further understand how established operators approach AI integration, my 7-week live comprehensive training breaks down these systems in detail.
From here you create what’s called instances. This is where the offer stack starts coming in. In my offer stack I have Jeremy AI. For different offers, Jeremy AI has different tiered usages.
In my flagship program, we give people access to message it on Telegram, message it inside the portal we created, and minutes to call it either on the phone or in the portal. We had video functionality up until a couple weeks ago, so we also gave the ability to do Zoom conversations. Some members would keep it up on a TV with a microphone connected all day. Their staff would walk up and ask it questions randomly throughout the day.

We have my 7-week live comprehensive training where people pay a one-time cost. We have limited usage in that, which enables them to pay a little more if they want.

We have different instances—the flagship program instance with certain usage and knowledge, the 7-week live class bot with the same knowledge but limited tier usage for text, talk, and voice.
I could have a version of Jeremy AI just on its own for a very specific thing. We have operators who run challenges or 3-day virtual events. One of our members created his AI with Deli. He has an instance with text-based usage during his challenge. During his 3-day live event, participants interact with his AI, and the knowledge for that specific instance relates to what’s being talked about in the challenge itself.
Deli is one of the more common tools we’ve seen people use due to its ease of creating different instances.
The second thing is self-hosted tools. We have what’s called the content finder bot for both our current offers. We have a role in our business—I don’t even know the technical title yet, but it’s essentially a vibe coder. These people are good with tools like Claude, Cursor, and what’s currently called OpenClaw.
This role—I have two people in my organization in this specific function—creates self-hosted tools for me. In my specific ecosystem, I have a ton of training material. If you’re part of my flagship program, we give you a significant amount. We have easily over a thousand different videos from older to newer content.

You might have a very specific thing you’re looking for. We work with busy people for a living. We’re not going to burden them by having to search themselves. They have SOPs, random tools and software, financial models—all they do is go into our Telegram chat, tag our content finder bot, and ask where something is or what they want to learn about.
The content finder bot is an AI with access to a big database of well-organized resources with descriptions. It tees up in under a minute a message to that user based on what they asked. It either finds that very specific resource or all pieces of material they have access to on that topic based on how they asked.
This content finder bot was created by one of my vibe coders. It took less than a day to create. According to Gartner’s research on AI automation, organizations are increasingly deploying these types of internal AI tools to handle knowledge management and resource discovery.
We have our vibe coders responsible for our current Clawbot farm—a 15 Mac mini setup for all our agents in our organization. We consider them team members. I’m not going to break them all down here—we save that for our paid students—but I’ll tell you about a few.
I had my IT company come to the facility and set this up in our data room. We have a data rack with network switches, firewalls, sound and video equipment. We’ve got 15 Mac minis networked, and we access them through a web app our IT company hooked us up with. We have 15 individual OpenClaw instances running on each one.
My head of sales has access to one. My marketing helper has access to one. That’s 13 left. We have entire social media marketing teams now dedicated just to our agentic AI tools. Our vibe coders are responsible for managing these tools, their uptime, and giving them more skills with the recent rollout of the Clawbot market where you can purchase skills.
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, go watch videos on OpenClaw and Clawbot. My vibe coders are responsible for uptime, downloading more skills, and staying aware. I pay these guys to be my brain for some of my AI responsibilities. I try to get them to learn as much as they can and get all my agents on my farm clawing for information and finding more stuff to upskill themselves on.
McKinsey’s research on AI agents suggests that agentic AI systems are becoming a core part of how organizations handle repetitive knowledge work.
We hired a full development team. We have a CTO and my vibe coders worked on this. We created a tool called Utari—a whole agentic AI software platform originally built for us because Manis removed their agentic AI mode.
We used to love Manis because it was a credit-based LLM. We saw differences in responses and output from that platform. Being credit-based, it had an incentive to actually consume everything you uploaded in terms of training material. We found all the flat-rate LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini would, for their own efficiency, not actually consume all the knowledge you’d upload.
When we found out about Manis through one of our members, we loved it. We switched immediately and used it heavily because of agent mode. Then Manis updated and removed the ability to turn it into agent mode. I hated that.
So I had a dev team, my CTO, and some of my vibe coders clone Manis. We only cloned the agentic AI mode part, then beefed it up to be far more powerful and capable. Some of my OpenClaw agents love Utari and are literally responsible for using it in our organization all day.
According to Harvard Business Review’s coverage of custom AI development, more organizations are building proprietary AI tools when off-the-shelf solutions don’t meet their specific operational needs.
Here’s my point: organizations at this level right now have a really high level of activity like this going on. They have full roles of people responsible for creating software that helps their buyer, helps with onboarding, and handles certain functions within their organization.
A lot of people have one person now that handles a bunch of random low-level, low-skilled digital work. They rid themselves of those positions by hiring one A-player vibe coder and having that person responsible for these things. That same person, assuming they have the time and capacity, can create a bunch of random tools for that organization to evolve in delivery capacity and efficiency.
Our self-hosted tools cost very little—could be hundreds, maybe pennies. Utari is a large software investment in the tens of thousands currently, but it could go higher as usage increases.
Everything I’ve talked about relates to integrating AI into your offer stack. The content finder bot is part of my 7-week live comprehensive training stack and flagship program stack. Utari is part of both those stacks with usage in the flagship program and a good chunk of credits when you join the 7-week live class.

My vibe coders become part of my offer stacks as well because they end up acting like a CSM to a degree. They actively monitor—or rather, our agentic AI they created monitors—and act like a bunch of roles in one. These people become part of what’s being offered.
You’ve got Deli with things like Jeremy AI that can create whatever individual instance you need. There’s a whole bunch more, but I only talk about the rest inside my paid programs.
I’ve got my 7-week live comprehensive training on all things digital marketing—one-time cost, lifetime access. It’s thorough with dense amounts of information. We have everybody apply, talk on the phone, and see if it’s a good fit.

We also have my flagship premium mastermind for established operators. We do twice-a-month one-on-one calls and weekly group calls on Saturdays. We just covered OpenClaw and how to sell to the financially affluent general public. We do quarterly in-person masterminds at our facility in Miami, Florida. Four times a year you can come in person or watch recordings of people sharing top lessons.

We’re wide on the international spectrum now. We’ve got operators flying 25-plus hours from Australia, Dubai, and all parts of Europe. We’ve got South Americans, a ton of Americans, some Canadians, and many Europeans—people literally all over the world part of this group flying out to these events.
We also have a very active group chat, tons of SOPs, Jeremy AI access, and a large set of resources designed to help you build out your business systems and execution.
